Entry to the centre with all pets, is to be made via the Coles carpark entry doors. All animals must be on a leash, caged or contained to ensure the safety of fellow pets and customers.

- Under no circumstances are animals permitted within other areas of the centre.
- Animals are permitted to enter the centre at the Coles car park entry only.

Instructions for Arrival
- Animals are permitted to enter the centre at the Coles car park entry only.
- Have your booking confirmation ready to show Santa’s helper on the day, either on your phone or print off your confirmation.
- Arrive within 5-minutes of your booking and not any earlier or later. This will help avoid queues and customers gathering.
