To meet local community demand for event spaces, Tweed City has become the first shopping centre in Australia to sign up to community spaces booking platform, Vennu.
The community room is available for bookings by local small businesses, community groups and customers for all types of functions.
The newly refurbished community room is a spacious 95 square metre space that is located near amenities such as parking and bathrooms. The room has tables and seating available for up to 30 people, and the centre’s nearby cafes and restaurants can easily cater for events.
The community room can be booked for an hourly rate of $40 or full-day bookings for $100.
